  1. find a knife, get trimmin

  2. Very strange request.

Muscles will atrophy (get smaller) on their own when they are not used frequently enough.

Say for example you've been lifting weights for a year and build up a decent muscle mass, but then do no training during the following year to maintain that - then they will obviously atrophy back to their original size as they are not being used.

This is a normal process and will happen automatically when muscles are not used frequently enough - or "maintained". Although this takes time.

So to reduce you're muscle mass "quickly", things such as diet, rest, and use of the muscles will have an impact.

Poor diet consisting of little proteins, not enough sleep on a regular basis, and keeping extremely limited use of the muscles desired will all help to atrophy your muscles.

It will take a matter of time though - as just as building muscle mass, there is no "quick" option.

  3. Stop lifting weights?
