How can i reduce my spects number?

I have( - 2.25) spects number to both eyes. Can I reduce it?

Think about it seriously...if there was a way besides surgery, wouldn't the millions who are wearing glasses and contacts have done it ?

There is nothing to do but live with the fact you need glasses or contacts.

There are no magic tricks, or excercises or diets that will make any difference.
