Question:

How can i reduce or prevent stomach cramps while running?

While running its not my legs that hurt its my stomach i alwways tenses up and i feel like im goin to vomit. Any help would be apprectiated.

  1. a cramp is nothing more than a air pocket. to ease a cramp in your stomach you litarally have to grab it and squeeze it out. twist it and repeat this until the pain subsides. it shouldnt take more than twice. hope this helps. =]


  2. don't chug too much water during or before you run. take small but frequent sips. also try stretching and bending backwards.
