  5. i cycle 3 1/2 miles ea way on a trail system x4 every day then i swim to stretch my side fat,and then walk 2 miles a day,walking burns most calories,cycle just burns leg fat and build muscle tone in legs& hips, unless your upper legs are hitting your stomach while cycling

  6. stop eating junk and unhealthy foods and a little walking or jogging never hurts either!
