  1. Physical exercise increases blood flow to the brain. A couple of jumping jacks or a brief run around your building.

    Or, a jolt from a different source can move your brain in a new direction- a passage from the Bible, a haiku, look up a word in the dictionary...p**n increases bloodflow, but not to your brain...

  7. Think of how much time you could losing when you are not putting your mind at work. For if your studying for an exam and you think your tired! Think again, it could your last Chance and what will you be in 20 years time?

  9. Try relaxation techniques like yoga,meditation or simply relaxing by trying to keep your mind thoughtless or focusing on some light music of your choice etc,.
