Question:

How can i relax my abdomen muscles. I'm not very relaxed, had a rough day.

  1. lay on ur back with ur arms by ur side close ur eyes and make sure the room is quiet and peaceful.

    lift ur stomach up slightly into a small arch and clench ur stomche muscles hold this pose for about a minute ( maximum ) and then lower urself slowly and relax ur stomach and the muscle and then lay still for about a minute, this should help ur muscles relax if not try repeating the above once or twice more and it should encourage you and ur muslces to relax when u come back down
