  1. ok. Like this is a little out there but.... take pop-cicle sticks and tape them to your wrist. It holds the in place! do all the motions!

  2. Gimme a "P"

    Gimme a "R"

    Gimme a "A"

    Gimme a "C"

    Gimme a "T"

    Gimme a "I"

    Gimme a "C"

    Gimme a "E"

    what does that spell?

  3. Always squeeze all of your motions at all times. Do your motions so fast that it hurts! Not even kidding! I really don't think that guys popsicle idea will work either. With sharpness anyway. I would reccommend practicing it over and over in a mirror, no matter how boring it may become. It's really important. Then gradually start doing them with your cheers, sidelines, etc. Here's a good website that may help:

Just practice, practice, practice!! If you're hurting at the elbows and shoulders, then your probably being sharp enough. : ) Hope this helps! Good luck at tryouts! Cheers!

  4. when you're at home what you really need to do is when you're practicing think tight, tight, tight. do them really slow and work on perfecting them. do them in front of a mirror, then when you do it perfect do it infront of like an older cheerleader who's had experience and see if they can help perfect it. when you go out there concentrate really hard, but when you over think it, it will make your facial expression bad. so smile and think i'm going to show off to that hott boy right over there. it always works for me when i want to show off to someone.

  5. just keep practicing them sharply.

    good luck

    :]
