How can i remove side moldings off 07-08 silverado new body

how are the side moldings on the silverado. are they on clips or with some kind of adhesive. (2007 silverado new body style)

Most of the side moldings are a thick rubber that is held on with a strong 3M double sided tape.You should stop by you local auto part store for a can of trim release agent.You can use a heat gun to heat the molding to loosen the grip and peal the molding off.Do not over heat the molding or paint in that area that might caues paint damage.Then use the trim spray to clean up the glue left on the body.Best of luck.
