Can i lose 30 to 40 pounds in 1 month? HELP ME PLEASE!!! I dunno if this is a beer belly or natural baby fats. i'm 20 years old, 5'b in height and 210lbs. i want to get rid of my fats. specially in my STOMACH, MAN b***s and THIGHS!!! can someone help me, give me an advice, be a guide, or send me great websites how to lose these annoying things fast. PLEASE i really need your help guys!!! :c WORKOUT PROGRAMS FOR FASTER PROGRESS will also help. thanks for the concern and advice!!!

  1. No, you didn't gain 30-40 pounds in a month, so don't expect to lose it so fast, either.

    Just cut out fast/junk food, soda, and dairy. Replace your usual beverages with water, and get at least 30-45 minutes of cardio in everyday.

Honestly, i want to lose 30-40 pounds also but when i'm searching  an article on how to lose weight, losing weight is so difficult. that you need top hace small changes to be able for us to do that, to lose weight.
