How can i removed myself off a car title that is already paid for? ?

Give her the car.  You just have to fill out the paperwork at the Title and Registration department in your county.  You can give immediate family members the car without paying taxes.

You both need to sign the title and then whoever is taking over the car, needs to get a new title in only their name. Motor Vehicles can help you in doing that.

It depends.  Who has the title, and what is the connection between the two names?

If it is "and" as in John Doe AND Mary Doe, you will both need to sign to place it in her name only.

If it's "or" AND you have the title, just take it to the DMV and have a new title issued in her name only, once you get it give her the title and you would have no interest in the vehicle after that.
