How can i repair a bugs screen?

If you go to your local home center, they will be happy to explain and/or demonstrate.

In a nutshell, you purchase replacement screen, available in plastic and metal.  You pull and save the spline from your old screen.  The spline is generally black or grey and looks like thin licorice, with ridges.  Lay the new screen over the frame, and use a screen tool (handle with one or two rollers) to sandwich the screen between the spline and press into the channel.
