  1. You just phone the NSPCA they won't ask for a name.

Go to www.nspca.org.uk for the relevant phone number.

  2. Ring the RSPCA!!!!

By law they cannot tell them you have reported them, phone them straight away!

  3. you can either contact the RSPCA or your local police force and voice your concerns.

both can be done anonymously, you can request that they withhold your name.

  4. Then ring them, you don't have to give your name.

  5. You can ring the RSPCA they will NEVER tell the person who has made the complaint.

  6. you dont have to leave a name though if you call them or give a false name i guess

  7. http://www.freewebs.com/shereenkazmi

    this should help.

  8. If it's cruelty to tame animals I would say RSPCA.

  9. you can ring the RSPCA anonymously. you dont have to give your name or address just the name of the perpetrator. even if you did, they would never tell anyone it was you, its against their policies. Please dint be scared to call, these animals need rescued
