  1. Either your Local Education Authority

Or if really serious go to:

    www.ofsted.gov.uk to get contact details

your nursery should have a complaints policy so you may wish to read it. It may have more details for you.

  2. There will be a complaints procedure to go through that your nursery will have a written policy about.  Usually you report to the manager, if it cannot be resolved then an outside agency such as the PSLA will be invited into to mediate if it still cant be resolved then you should call ofsted on 08457404040

Your first point of contact really should be the nursery so that they can try and rectify the situation and deal with your complaint but if you have done this already then ask them for their complaints procedure

  3. First port of call is the Nursery itself, discuss with the Nursery manager if this doesn't resolve the problem you can contact Ofsted, or if it is a attached to a school speak to the head teacher.

  4. if you cannot resolve the problem with the nursery then try their head office(if they have one) if the problem is still not resolved then contact OFSTED. they will treat your complaint straight away you can get the number off their website or you can email them.
