About 2 1/2 years ago this guy killed my niece by coercing her into drugs and was deported back to haiti and somehow he manage to find his way back to the usa but that was short lived cause I.C.E learn of his return and somehow he entered Canada under a false name using someone else passport i know a fingerprint was taken but he was still released under a $3000 bond in canada. it sadden me to know that one can commit a crime like murder and flee to a country that's driving distance and live freely while we have to suffer and look at kids that's motherless.

please anyone please tell me where i can go to report this. have spoken to his lawyer Jamal Fraygui and of course he say send a letter but come on this is someone your representing my letter will go unopened. if there's an online page i can go to view his court date and the judge that day i would like the assitance

  1. first I would notify your local police, then ask them for help on moving up the latter on who should be notified.

Also i would think your immigration would want to know this and his where abouts.

good luck, i also turn in those i know are illegal in the U.S.
