How can i reset my login password FOR WINDOWS VISTA if i dont know it? PLEASE READ THE DETAILS!!!!?

I have a USB drive i can download it on.

I don't know my password for my admin/main user.

Is there any way I can download a password reset disk off the internet for free???

A password reset is system-configurable, thus a password reset disk only works on the system where it was created. I do not know a password reset disk that is generic enough that caters to every probable alphanumeric password create by several users.
