it's not happening.  you'll need to find a more clever way to spy.

What exactly are you trying to reset the password FOR? Email, website, what? You may not be able to do it any other way, unless they have a password question they use to reset it, or you may be able to contact a customer service for some help. I've run into this problem before. It's set up like that so that not just anyone can change it. Good luck!

Go to options on your acount, choose mail options, click on about my profile type in the password then got to edit and wala!
