How can i resize a pix to email it to a cell phone?

i used to do it but i went blank ... is there any way to resizing your regular photo to so that it is viewable on a cell phone???

Use photoshop or any photo place.  Just open up a new blank document and either place the picture on the blank document OR you can copy and paste the picture on the document.  Then just resize the picture and crop the picture.  Then send!
