how can i run 1 or 2 DDR2pc8500 1066Mhz on a asrock 775dual 880pro<

it booted,went to bios to down the speed to 667, but when windows(XP) tried to boot it went to a blue screen saying things about memory error or hardware error. Do you know how i could make it work?
