  1. Do a little speed work. Run fast for 45 seconds walk 15 seconds. Try this 5 times and increase by 2 every other week.


  2. the faster your arms are moving, the faster your legs will book

  3. make sure ur breathin correctly like in through ur mouth out through ur nose....and drink water.... move ur legs a lil faster
