How can i run hard, and not worry about muscle strains the next day?

  1. Just stretch. Stretch for about 15 minutes before you run and make sure to stretch after you run for about 10 minutes. A good stretch is toe touches. They help your arms, upper body, and legs.


  2. you have to practice a lot and put ice on it after you run

  3. well i've heard that being sore the next day is a good sign. it says that u are building muscle and getting more in shape.

  4. just stretch i now its a pain in the *** butt i have to do them  just so i dont get al tight the next day
