How can i run jar files on windows mobile?

I have a moto Q and i have some jar files that i would like to install and run on it. I know there must be something i could install on my phone to allow it to run them, if there is such a thing could you provide a link to where i could download it.

Look at the programs menu, is there a JAVA folder icon there? If yes, all you need to do is drop the files onto the Q. If you have both .jar and .jad drop both onto the Q and tap eithe the jar or the jad if you have one. The .JAD files are installer helper files that make sure the installer will install the JAR properly. The program will be installed into the JAVA folder.
