Im 15 5' 7" 140lbs and moving up to varsity football at my high school ,im a WR and i wanna no how can i get bigger and if you have any excises i can do.. my legs are pretty strong i can leg press 415 and squat 285. All the other guys that are seniors are stronger than me every time i go in for a hitting drill i hit then and we pause for a milla second then he runs over me and i give it every thing i got idk wat to do ive been playing football since 8th grade and in 8th grade i use to run people over lik cake plz help. I also play safety so i gotta know how to hit
