How can i run the mile and 40 faster i'm only 13 so i don't won't to over do it

  1. I would overdistance for the mile.  Run a mile and a half for a while, then try running the mile.  You should find that your time has improved.  As for the forty, you just have to get your first few strides as powerful and fast as possible.


  2. 13's a good age to over do it.
