This is definatley a different kind of question but I am going away and do not want people to be able to use my pool-yes i do have a fence. Is there anything I can place in the water that makes it unappealing for swimming for a short period of time.

  1. Stay home..........

  2. Probably the best way is to simply fill your pool with air.

  3. You will have to put a cover on it, at least for safety reasons.

  4. If you have a really really (really) large container (possibly a rain barrel or three?) you could try draining the water from your pool. I suggest a large container because I'm assuming you don't want to have to waste water by draining the pool.

  5. Alot of Jello.........

  6. if you have a dog put your dog's house near by the pool..... make sure your dog is big enough to scare people.......

  7. yeah...s**z

  8. you can actually get a floating alarm that goes off if there's a  certain amount of movement in the water.

  9. Drain the pool or cover it. That's what I see others doing.

  10. GREEN DYE  people will think the pool is nasty/dirty . no chlorine
