  1. Try this www.zamzar.com/

  2. Your question is not clear and I am unsure exactly what you want.

If you want it in Word format, it can be edited.

If you want it in an Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF), you will need a PDF writer which converts the Word document to a PDF.  A PDF can be read via a free Adobe Acrobat Reader software available from Adobe at their www.adobe.com website.

A PDF can be edited and altered with the PDF software (which is not free).

A TIFF is not editable.  You need to convert the text to a TIFF via conversion software.

  3. You need to "Protect" your document.  Go to the Tools menu and select "Protect" and set some edit restrictions and then save your document.  This is the only way you can have  write protected document open in Word.

  4. put protection on the document in word - you can add a password if you want - protection can be configured to different levels - from read only or just parts of the document.

you cant open a pdf in word - pdf is a graphic and word is text based.

edit - Sap obviously doesnt know much about computer files... just changing the extension does not change the format of the document at all....

  5. when you are going to save it.. just put .pdf or other at the end of the name :)
