How can i save my pictures ( attachments ) to " My Photos"? I NEED HELP PLEASE!!!!?

The pictures i get as under an attachment it wont save automatic under the " My photos" or " My Attachments" and i need some help on how to put them under there. if you can please help me that would be great! thanks!

as in from an email? well if its that then you need to click

sent attachments and then click on the pic u want. then it will

take you to another page viewing the pic and just richt click

and save.

There is no more "My photos".
