How can i save my texts from my old samsung d900 to my new phone? ?

i have just got a new phone a Samsung SGH-G600 but want to be able to have my old texts on there from my past phone (samsung D900) as they hold allot of memory's and mean allot to me so i don't want to lose them is there any way possible of doing this like saving them to sim or sending to the computer via bluetooth it says save to sim when i look at the options of the message but i cant click it. please someone help me on what to do?

  1. Borrow a Sim card from a friend and put it in your new mobile and forward the texts to the new mobile, you may have to fill the text memory space on the Sim card (usually about 10 spaces on Sim card) before they are stored on the handset.

    If you are on o2 you could sign up to blue-book and store all your messages on line.


  2. well i was going to get the samsung g600, but you can only hold 200 messages on it, and on my current nokia phone, i have 4000+ messages on it, so im not going to get that phone now!

    but if you still want to, then get a usb cable or transfer them via bluetooth.just connect ur old phone to the computer, and back up the texts. then from that backed up file, restore it on ur new phone

  3. Mark Your Texts. Then Try Transfering Your Text's to Sim Card, Then Trasnfer Your sim Card To Your Phone.
