How can i save photos to my laptop using my digital camera?

once i inserted the chips of my digital camera, i do not know already where to open to look for my photos.where can i open it?

go to computer or my computer.

open anything that is not c or d

if there is 4 things, pick the highest letter

mine has:

local disc c

HP_Recovery d

DVD RW Drive E

ur memory card should be f/g/h/i/j/k/l

try some of them, if it says to insert something, not the one

If you attach the USB cord to the camera, then attach to the computer then turn the camera on (make sure the camera is switched to the "review" setting not the "take a picture" setting), Windows should auto detect it, a pop-up will appear asking you what you want to do. Microsoft Camera and Scanner Wizard, and follow the steps, it will put the pictures in your My Pictures folder in My Documents. I hope that helps.
