How can i save play-dough?

Like if i make something i like with play-dough is there any way where i can keep it for ever? Do i just leave it out to harden or what?

just put it in a sealed box like a lunch box and let no air get to it which will make it get wet and damp so it will not dry out.

Playdoh actually has little cases you can put your creations into so you can keep them and display them.

It's mostly water, salt, and flour--the basics of any simple baked item.

If you just let it dry out, the color will change some and it may crack.  However, it will preserve it!  If you want to speed it up, ask your parents to cook it at a low temperature in the oven.
