How can i scatter insects specialy mosquitoes without killing them when i'm outdoor?

You can use a citronella candle, the scent is supposed to keep mosquitoes away. If you want something more effective you could buy a mosquito magnet. This is a machine that burns LP gas and lets off carbon dioxide (much like a breathing mammal). The carbon dioxide attracts them to the magnet and away from you.

Smoke or those special bug candles.  Bugs don't like them and avoid the area but they don't die.

Bats are natural predators for mosquitoes.  You could install a bat house on a tree where they could roost (there are many good websites on these, especially how high they need to be installed).  They eat thousands of mosquitoes every night.

Burn citronella candles near where you will be sitting or standing or rub your exposed skin with mosquito repellent.

You seem to have a great attitude about not killing those mosquitoes. Around here where EE Encephalitis and West Nile Virus have already been found infecting mosquitoes who can give you those usually fatal diseases  most people are not as mellow. Given a choice between someone in their family dying or a mosquito dying the usual vote is for the mosquito being the one that is killed.
