How can i search a document being sent to me abroad?

if you know who the carrier is - and you can contact the ones who sent it - they should have a tracking number.  That of course is if it is certified or sent to be verified by signature or delivery conformation and/or etc.

Otherwise - if sent regular mail ... no way to check unless it comes in the mailbox.
