you can go to peoplesearch.com..and type their name.

You can search for it, but whether or not you'll find it is another thing.

If they've posted it someplace like a blog post or Myspace profile it might turn up.  Otherwise there's no cell phone directory online.

The results at peoplesearch.com will not necessarily include a cell phone number since their information comes form public filings, etc.  Whatever that site has will definitely not be free.
