How can i search somebody"s name, if i have her photo?

i wanna search somebody through her photo.

the day a computer programmer comes up with a search engine that can search by photos and not by words.  Will be the day that everyone says, How come I didn't think of that.  

In other words, the person that invents a Search Engine that can search the internet for photos without using words, will be a millionaire.

so only photo needed

it is used the same way finger prints where used

as to finding someones address from the photo only

without publishing it in the public domain

( which they might not like ) i think you will find it difficult

i once tried to do it that way

used the photo which had a name on the back

put it in search engine and all i came up with was this

the only name i had to go on was boots
