How can i see my mms messages on bb peral?

Question

everytime i get a mms it says..."could not retrieve message content try again later"...

if someone sends me a video how can i watch it?..i pull up a video message and its just really slow and i cant hear sound at the same time...

i called tmobile and they said to clean out my phone and i did and im still having that problem...

if its a pic its ok...i get it through after the 3rd or 4th time i try to retrieve....

i thought this was called a smart phone..

Do you have a Blackberry Data Plan?  You won't be able to use any data services on your phone without the plan.  MMS is data.
