How can i see other people's avatars??

Im kinda new on yahoo.. and i just wanna know how i can see other people's avatars cuz i really just wanna see others ideas. Thanks! Please.. help! =]

you can only see other peoples yahoo if you are chating with them on instant messanger or are their friend
