You have big ambitions !!!   Its more of a hassle than it's worth. Seriously. Sell the car here if needed and send them the cash to buy one there.

You will have paperwork , insurance , tags ect and then shipping fees and if you dont dot your I's and cross your T's then it gets all screwed up and time consuming.

Just sell the car and Western Union them the cash for a car.

Well, if you buy a car here and want to send it back to Mexico, you'll have to get the title and registration set up in your name first. Then, you can either find a trucking company willing to haul it down there (expensive), or find someone willing to drive it there for you. Or drive it yourself.

Be sure to check with the motor vehicle department or whatever the automobile registration department is called in Mexico. There may be import tariffs or tax or something.
