  1. You can send it from post office.

  2. There are a lot of Filipino-owned door-to-door services available in Japan. You can check their numbers out from Metropolis, Tokyo Notice Board, or those free filipino-circulations.

I often use Techno-Hi for sending packages to the Philippines. Their rates are quite reasonable. They would have boxes available, which they will deliver to you, depending on how much stuff you're to send in PH. The biggest I think is for 50kg stuff. Package will be in the Philippines in 2-3 weeks.

    TechnoHi 03.3533.8924 or 090.2175.3931

    Hope this helps.

Additional : Where in Japan are you in?

Additional Info : If you'll just be sending documents , magazines, or small items, I think it'll be better to send it through EMS. EMS are available on all post offices. Packages will be in the Philippines in 2-3 days.

You can fill out the forms available in the post offices. You can put there how much the package is worth so they can refund it in case the package is lost during transit. Make sure that you are not tp put any cash in it. Not only it is not allowed, but EMS or any courier wouldnt be held liable if the package is lost.
