You must have bluetooth software installed in your computer, otherwise buy a card reader and copy to your mobile's memory card.

use a wire for your phone connect to computer and sync it form windows media player thats how i usualy do it

You forgot to say from where...

For mobile to mobile image transfer, you need MMS (most phones except Iphone has this feature with their text messaging).  If you have an Iphone, you have to send the image to the Iphone via email.

From your computer to your mobile phone, you can either dock your phone and load the images that way, or you can send it to your phone via MMS messaging - Yahoo Instant Messenger has this feature.
