call them. there number is on the support website then you will need a box to put it in unless they send a box as well and they will collect it.

call up microsoft by going to xbox.com and hit support tab, they will give you a number to call, be ready with the serial number, you can find that on the back of the xbox 360, and call the number, be ready to get a person in india, because that is who everybody gets to get customer service, tell them all your info, and they should send you a box, to ship it in that has been prepaid to ship, and drop it off at United States Postal Service, and they will ship it off, to Microsoft to get fixed.
