How can i send pic messages from my pc to my cell?

i can always send pic messages to my yahoo mail but is there anyway to send one's off my pc to my phone?

yes, in a sense the same way. when you send phone message and received on pc, you can reply, your phone should have receive address to check incoming messages, use same method,
