  1. work on your postioning first!! throw the ball and make sure it lands right in front of your foot you stepped with. Then have a friend hold the ball up above their head and high five it.. then put it together.. Throw the ball, high five it and voila`` hit the ball! keep doing this.. Also work your arm out.. do push ups.. do bicep curls!!! good luck!


  2. I used to have problems serving, if your serving too low, then you need arch your palm backward more and keep your hand really solid. You need to use your whole body!!!!!! Not just your arms. Remember, you want to focus on using the correct teqnique, instead of trying to hit it harder. And as always, practice makes perfect!!! serve the ball against the side of your house or something for practice.

  3. Well for starters, some people just don't have the upper body strength to do it at first. If that is your problem then try some upper body workouts. Another thing to remember is always follow through. Don't hit the ball and let your arm stop right there. Follow all the way through. You'll back the serve up with more power that way.

  4. aim higher and put all your strength into it and follow through and u will get good

  5. u have to aim higher and toss consistently and make contact with ur palm nou ur hand  and follow through

  6. try spiking it

  7. practice practice practice
