  1. lean your whole body foward a little bit more with the ball and your serving hang. Try to make the ball go right ove the net without making it go to high

  2. There are two thinkgs I can sugest.

    1. You want to contact the ball enough behind it so that it will travel far enough to get past the net. You also want to make site that you contact it low enough so that ot will travel high enough so that it goes over the net. Practice changing the location where you contact the ball when you serve to get the ball both far enough and high enough.

    2. You want to contact the ball with the palm of your hand, You can curl your fingers up onto a fist but try to make the serving contact with the flat part of your palm.  This will both give you a solid contact (helping to get the ball far enough to get over the net) and it should help with your aim (more specifically your consistancy...you will be able to serve the ball in over and over again).

    Hope this helps

  3. I've never really tried to serve underhanded but I suggest you try side. For me, it's much easier. But I use overhand because our coach wont allow us any but that.

  4. u practice more!!!!!

  5. hit the ball at the side/underneath..[[not directly underneath..]]

if u contact it directly underneath...the ball will go up high...

  6. work hard parctice in high school your gonna need to do overhand
