How can i shed a few pounds before the baseball season starts?

I am 6'5 about 260 i play varsity football and baseball, but i wanna trim down for baseball this year any suggestions.

I don't eat much and i exercise daily what should i do?

  1. it is baseball season right now buddy...


  2. go on a diet and work out .and if u r going to do it more than once challenge ur self a little each time .u could swim bike or jog  

  3. do stability ball workouts. it will build your abs (an important part of any infield position) and will shed that extra weight

  4. run

  5. walk at a pace of about 3mph everyday

    eat more fruits and veggies

    and less amount

    drink LOTS OF water

    even before you lose actual weight you will start to get smaller =]
