How can i shop in a foreign country with their money from here in US?

i want a way that will let me shop online in a foreign country with their money from here in US and get exactly what i shopped for to my house here. also the way i pay is really important to me. so if they accept paypal it would be really nice. Thank you very much

ebay is an option-go to advance search and choose which country you'd like to buy from

Make sure you know the price in US dollars....use a credit card, and the card company will take care of the foreign exchange for you*
