How can i show my top friends if my layout hides it?

You'd have to go through the layout code and find something about top friends...there is usually something that says "hidden" nearby. If so, change it to "visible." Layout codes are long and tedious so I usually type in whatever I need to look for in the "find" box. (This is under edit on the menu bar at the top of your screen).
