How can i shrink a 100% cotton shirt?

I ordered a dozen shirts and they came to big, how can i shrink a 100% cotton shirts down at least one size?

No need to wash in hot water, only hot dry them.

Just keep washing them and dry them on super high heat in the dryer.

wash   in   Extra hot water...then a super hot dryer.
