How can i sign fabregas?? (fifa manager 08)?

i am managing man utd.....i have over £300m to spend......but everytime i try to put an offer for fabregas it says that the player thinks it would cause disruption blah blah blah......is there any way i can sign him????

the problem is with the player put on his contract put 3 years and play him a very good amount of money for salary per game

you have no chance mate. a rivel club wont sell
