You should call the municipal office, if its for newspapers like the Mississauga News or the Villager or any city owned news paper, go to the City office or call them. If you're looking for something like Toronto Star or Sun or Globe and Mail, don't waste your time because those jobs pay next to nothing, require a lot of work and you have to have a car.

Go to the place when they deliver or look in the paper classified for delivery. I get up at 2:00a.m. 365 day's a year to do my local paper.

Look in the paper. They usually have a number you can call. Just to warn you....you don't make much money and it uses a lot of gas. Also you have to do it EVERY day.
