How can i sing a whistle note like Mariah Cary be specific?

That is difficult to sing like her or Christine Aquilera. They both have a 5 octave range. If you think you have that range of high's, then practice going up one note at a time. This way , you are not damaging your vocal chords in any way.

Don't stress and push from the diaphram at all times. Practice slowly and move forward at a slow pace. Don't over do it.

I can change a guitar string when it is broken but, if a voice is broken , that is another story altogether.
