How can i sleep faster???

Ok i am 13 and i cant go to sleep early enough to wake up for school....!!!!

how can i go to sleep faster....i LAY IN BED AN 9:30 AND CANT SLEEP UNTIL 12:00.....

  1. Taking pills to help to sleep is not advise able but if your haveing sleep problems then may be see a doctor


  2. Put tv on a boring channel.

  3. There are several reasons for trouble with sleeping:

    1.  Are you playing lots of video game/watching TV/using pc before you go to bed?  

    2.  Are you drinking beverage with lots of caffeine?

    3.  Do you eat a big meal 2 hours before you go to bed?

    4.  Are you playing any sports?

    5.  Is there anything going on in your life that has been bothering you?

    If you answered "yes" to questions 1, 2, and 3, you might want to gradually change the habit.  If you answered "yes" to question 5, you might want to talk to someone about it.  If you answered "no" to all of the questions, you might want to talk to your parents and visit doctor.  


  4. Drink some milk or eat some cherries before you go to bed cause they aid in the chemicals in your body that make you sleepy. Also during the day like after school or something try to get in a workout so that by they time you go to sleep your already tired.
